We are an active church and we have loads of things for adults to get involved in – we mention adults separately because we often talk about kids, youth, the isolated, etc!
To begin with, join in the core activities of the church on Sundays, benefit from the Sunday teaching and the mid-week small groups. Real relationships develop so often through serving – in our ministry and practical teams – covering worship, PA, audio-visuals, venue set-up, catering and welcome. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in these teams.
Get to know us, and let us get to know you, and perhaps you might be able to take on a leadership role in any of a number of areas – small groups, Sunday mornings, maybe lead a team putting on an event.
We believe that church should be welcoming and open to the people of our town. We therefore put on a number of events during the year, featured under the Activities drop down menu, to which those unfamiliar with church can be invited, and come and mix with believers in the church. We’re always looking for helpers to serve at these events.
So there’s plenty to get involved with, and all are welcome!
