On Monday 29th and Tuesday 20th April, we will be holding 2 days of prayer and fasting to cover the work of the church over our next season and in particular the new recruitments that we are undertaking that were shared recently in Tim’s recent Sunday message here.
Although not part of the two days, the evening before, Sunday 27th April, we will have a worship evening at 83a, starting at 7pm, during which we will be praying through the Lord’s prayer, as well as coming before God in worship. It will be a great start to the two days!
We encourage everyone to take time over these 2 days in their daily lives to pray for the work of God in HCC. We will be coming together on Zoom at 7am and 1pm on Monday and Tuesday, and 7.30 pm on Monday evening. On Tuesday evening, at 7.30pm, we will meet together in Room 2 at 83a (note there is another user in the centre at that time, so you will probably need to park on the road, which is free at that time)
Over the two days we will be praying into:
Monday AM – building up of Christ’s church
Monday Lunchtime – provision of finance and new pastor – getting God’s right fit, opening new channels of provision and finance for the church.
Monday Evening – Looking Forward – God’s Provision: feedback from the Vision Sunday and what God is saying – prophetic words, sharing any concerns and listening, followed by 45mins of Prayer.
Tuesday AM – Family and Children’s work – salvations, new worker, strengthened team for Sundays, increased impact in this area, summer outreach, appointment of new worker
Tuesday Lunchtime – Youth – spiritual growth, reaching their fullest potential, HCC youth, work into Hinchingbrooke, St Peters
Tuesday Evening (in person at 83a) – Shining Lights – prayer for being those lighthouses – mapping the places we live, work and influence.
Please join us as we petition God for His work in HCC over the coming months.
